to get the best spring for what you are looking for, call Dirk at DPG Offroad. Prepare to spend a bit of time talking to him. He has many more choices than just soft, med and hard springs that Quadratec sells.

When I bought my OME Ultimate lift from him, i spent more than 30min on the phone with him. His knowledge is well taken by many Jeepers. Plus, I think he mentioned to me, if all i was ever looking for was springs, he sells them for $75/ea. I could be wrong but thats what I recall at the moment.

I'll second Dirk at DPG, he knows his stuff and makes sure you get what you need.

I chose the regular ones. Was on a strict budget when I ordered from him, so i passed up the extra charge for the better shocks. I have been pleased.
