OME Trackbar Relocation Bracket Bolts Are Slowly Killing Me

I'm trying to install the OME trackbar relocation bracket and of all things I'm confused on what bolts go where. The instructions say that I need to install the longest provided bolt (M12 x 65) into the old mounting hole but it isn't long enough to include both flat washers, a lock washer and a nut.

And then it says the original bolt and nut goes through the new bracket but it shows a hex bolt, hex nut and flat washers, all of which weren't original...it is a torx bolt.

What the heck am I missing?

When I bought my OME bracket, the furnished fasteners were absolute junk. The bolts were not the proper length and the so-called lock washers went flat and spread from underneath the nuts. I paid a visit to Ace Hardware and bought some decent stuff.

The holes in the bracket are different diameters , the holes match the bolts .
There is a small tube that gos in place of the track bar, in the bracket before you bolt it up.
i used a right angle drill to make the top hole .
Ive installed 4 kits in the last year with out a problem .

I know where the bolts go its just that bolt is not long enough to get flat washer, flat washer, lock washer, and hex nut on. I'll just get longer bolt.

I used a self-locking nut and dispensed with the lock washers.

Does the original torx bolt go in the original location or through the new trackbar location? I've seen photos with both scenarios. Instructions say use new bolt in old location and existing bolt in new location, but the instructions generally suck so I'm asking.
