Optimax soft-top

Does anybody know anything about this top?

Bestop Optimax on Project Overkill - - Jeep at Off-Road.com
or
Bestop Announces its Newest Soft Top for Jeeps - - Jeep at Off-Road.com

Is it worthy? I couldn't find any information about it on the Bestop site, so I presume that is no longer in production, although, at the release date, it seemed to be a"revolutionary" top (quieter, skratch resistent, easy to clean etc).
Why could that be? Was it so bad?
I am interested on buying one (there are few on sale on e-bey, for a decent price).

The Optimax was a European-only top that was sold for a short time. We do not believe it is sold anywhere anymore, but I am not positive about that. I don't have any other information on it.

And congratulations - that question stumped our customer service manager for a minute.

Thanks. Is it a good or a bad top? Why was it made only for the European market? Why was it made only for a short time?

It is still sold (at least on e-bay) by some companies, for instance: Optimax Sunrider Techo Capota Bestop Jeep Wrangler TJ bei eBay.de: Accesorios todoterrenos (endet 20.11.09 11:48:57 MEZ)
And I was thinking of buying one (due to the price and the "sunrider" design). This is why I was asking.

Popa: Sorry, I can't find any information on it from anyone around here. I can't imagine that Europe would change it a lot. I think it looks like a nice sailcloth top, built very much like a "regular" Supertop.

Thanks Geoff. I think I'll go for it. I am still afraid that it could be a little bit too old, but it might be a good deal, also. There is a risk, but, sometimes we got ot risk.
Thanks once again. I will let you know if I will buy it.

Eventually, I have got the "Optimax" soft-top (or Supertop Sunrider, as it is written on the installations instructions).
It seems to me that the hardware is the same as for the Sunrider and the cloth is simillar to the Sailcloth. And it has tinted windows.
So it's a strange combination (and it has an odd colour, too - green on the exterior and beige at the interior, but that's the way I wanted it - it was cheaper, 500 Euros, and it matches my seats).
I just can't wait to get warmer, in order to install it.
