Our weather forecast leaves me with such mixed feelings...

... WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* TIMING... ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL BEGIN TUESDAY EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* MAIN HAZARD... SNOW AMOUNTS OF 6 INCHES OR MORE ARE POSSIBLE.

* OTHER CONDITIONS... BREEZY NORTHWEST WINDS COULD PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WATCH MEANS HEAVY SNOW... STRONG WINDS... FREEZING PRECIPITATION... AND COLD TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE.

More Information

.A STORM SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE GREAT BASIN TUESDAY... THEN CROSS INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS WEDNESDAY... BRINGING POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW TO THE REGION TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS NORTHEAST WYOMING... THE BLACK HILLS AREA... AND SOUTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA DURING THE DAY TUESDAY. SNOW WILL THEN SPREAD NORTHEASTWARD INTO CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA TUESDAY NIGHT. snow running, but, unable to take top off in freezing temps.

Yeah,
Been a pretty messed up spring, so far here also, although I'm now waiting for decent weather to get my hot rod out, not a Jeep!

Man I hear what your saying. We got a foot of snow here last night and they are calling for another 6" tonight. We need the moisture so bad but I'm ready to get 4wheeling in the mountains and get my boat out to chase some bass. Hard to do with snowstorms every week.

Buy a new snow blower and you will not see a major storm for a few years. then when you do it will not start. LOL
