I have been thinking about selling the jeep. Its a 2000 TJ wrangler. I live in Michigan, and the winters here are TERRIBLE. I want to busy a new jeep but dont want to busy a local Michigan jeep. Iwant to drive somewhere with little snow in winter, so i was thinking about driving to Kentucky but then i was told go out west for my problem. Any advise will hell on were to go, thanks.

Do you mean you're looking to buy a new jeep? Then yes, I would definitely find a Jeep on craigslist, ask for 1000 pics and then take a one way cheap flight to check it out and buy. Making sure of course that there's a cheap one way flight back if needed.

I'm happy with my Jeep, but buying outside PA will be the way I go next time.

I own my second Jeep and both cam out of Florida and Alabama. No rust issues on either. I have gone out of state a few times to buy cars and have very good luck doing so. Just ask specific questions, ask for lots of pics, speak to the seller, not just text and email and definitely buy one from down south or out west.

Michigan here too. We stumbled across our LJ at a dealership used car lot, was a trade in from Chicago suburbs, lowish miles, all stock, looked like it never saw a winter. Look around at local ones, and crawl under them all, but looking outside of our rust belt is still a good idea!
