Have you considered the PDF version? Free, searchable, and on your phone or puter.
Admittedly, I'm a bit of a Luddite, but having OMs on my phone is the best thing since 5-buckle overshoes.
I'm not looking for a service manual, that I am fine with a PDF print out. I am looking for the actual little book that comes in the black Jeep sleeve when it was purchased new. It's just a "little thing" of mine. I have always had one, or bought one for every vehicle, but I have never had one priced around $100! Usually $15 or better. I guess these are harder than others to come by.
been trying to find a free download for a 2001 TJ with no luck. I am like the OP, I always had the OEM manuals with my vehicles, even the window stickers. when I dont have one it I have the nagging feeling of wishing I did. just one of my quirks.lol
