This is what I have for the P0153:

P0153 (M) O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Oxygen sensor response slower than minimum required switching frequency.

Not an expert on that but may need a new O2 sensor(?) If you have Bosch sensors that might be the problem there are a lot of posts about trouble with Bosch sensors. If you replace any/all don't get Bosch.

So I ordered my O2 sensor before I really started reading through too many posts but I, of course, ordered a bosch. After looking for some info on changing it I've seen everyone bad mouthing them so I would like to return it as I've yet to install it. I was wondering what brands you would recommend and what the part number is. I don't know how specific O2 sensors are but I chose bosch because that's what popped on on Advanced Auto's site when searching for my Jeep. In case it helps it is the upstream sensor and my jeep info is as follows:

'98 Jeep Wrangler
I6 4.0L
5sp Manual

Thank you in advance and I'm sorry if my question is dumb as I'm a mechanical newb.

NTK (by NGK) are mostly recommended, I think they are same as OEM Mopar (not positive). Here is a link to info that may also help. Note they include Bosch but also Mopar part #s. Mopar is a Chrysler parts division.

O2 Sensor info

Read at least the first few posts.

RUBI... Thank you, that was very helpful. I went ahead and ordered the NGK NTK O2 sensor as that appears to be a "fan favorite" around here.
