Painted headlight bezels

Used the krylon paint and it worked great, bezels were only thing left that was chrome.... OH YEAH AND THAT IS A STEELERS STICKER ON THE WINDSHIELD

I did the same thing to my bezels last month. I noticed yesterday that both of them were chipping.

Looking good!!!
that was the first thing I did to mine.
I sanded pretty well the crhome stuff , cleaned and painted and still like new!!! 2 years later!!! offcourse I do atouch up once in a while but thats about it.

I sanded and cleaned them, but no adhesion promoter. From what I read before I did them, that was all that was needed.

Spray em with the bedliner spray... that might be more durable... I think I might just try that! I like how that looks. My '03 is White, my '00 is Red.... black might look good on both.

Did mine about a month or so ago too. No chipping though. I also put a clear over the paint, that might help with the chipping part.

Looks good man...now paint the grill. I did mine as well about a month ago, along with painting my entire grill with Rustoleum Truck bed paint...has the grit in it. I used the same paint on both the grill and the bezels. No chipping or peeling as of yet.
My black grill and bezels looks good on the dark blue paint on the rest of the jeep.

So Booger, yer saying if I give my white 03 a red dual-tube bumper and black bezels she might look like a cheap hooker? Might try that just to see the reaction.

took them back off put 2 more coats on and 2 coats of clear and while i'm at it if i take off my antenna and paint it black also will i still get the same reception on my radio I really like the black on the silver

My antenna is black, came that way. In fact i was thinking about touching it up, theres a scratch here n there.
