Painted my bumpers with undercoating(bedliner)

So i painted my bumpers this weekend with undercoating and i think they look a lot better, do you think i could/should do the chrome inserts as well? before and after pics of front bumper

Nice job! It looks a lot better. I really only like chrome on the headlight bezels. Personally I would probably remove the inserts but, they will look better black than chrome in my opinion.

That's what I was thinking, either removing them or trying to paint them black. Father-in-law gave them to me so I felt like I had to put em on

Ah, that totally makes sense - well in your situation painting seems a good option. That was a nice gesture on his part.
