Painting Fender Flares

Yesterday I cut my fender flares, and today I am going.to paint them with plasti dip. I have a few.questions for people who have done this before. I just finished sanding the top of one fener flare, do I need to sand underneath it too ? When you plasti dip your flares do you paint the underneath part of the flares to?

If you off road don't plasti dip. Brush will take it off. Use bed liner spray

I do offroad it but its more open areas, either climbing hills or mudding. Also one more question.

Do I apply the fender trim before or after I paint?
