Passenger side sliding bracket

Can someone please explain to me how I can remove the passenger side seat bracket in a 1997 Sport? I got the front two bolts out but now I can even reach the rear two because they are all covered up. Any ideas?

You have to slide the seat forward.

If it is fold n tumble, flip the seat forward.

There is also a black plastic flap that is hiding the bolt.
