PIAA 520's - No in line fuse??

Hello, new to the forum.. 2005 TJ X.. Love it, gets me where I need to go.

Picked up a set of PIAA 520 fog lights to put on. Came with relay, switch, lights, harness, etc.. The thing that caught my attention was the PIAA instructions say (and show) hooking the power lead directly to the relay without any in-line fuse.. I had planned to put a 30A in-line between the battery and the relay..

Anybody else seen this? Seems like a problem with their instructions? Can't believe they would run something hot off the battery and not fuse it? Am I missing something?

All feedback appreciated.. thanks
