No the other bass. Does anyone have any room for storage and a bass? Has anyone mounted a bass on the rollbars ?

I haven't exactly been racking my brain to come up with something but the idea has crossed my mind. I've got a 400 watt Infinity 10" just sitting in a truck box in the storage room. Upon first investigation I couldn't come up with any worth-while ideas.

I'm still undecided but in the end of the day I'll probably just settle for my iPod, a nice splitter, and a few good sets of headphones. That way I can ditch the entire cd player setup and have less electronics to worry about.

Not to mention an Ipod doesn't skip.

You shouldn't need a feeder. Just leave the top down and they can catch whatever bugs blow into their cages.

This is one of the main reasons I bought a head unit with an ipod interface cable. Just plug the ipod in and leave it in the glovebox. With this hookup you can manage your ipod through the head unit itself. The other reason I did this is so I dont have to always switch out cds when I get sick of music.

My point is that with the iPod I have quite a few less things to worry about getting wet/dirty/broken. If I'm gonna be hitting some water/mud holes with the top off, I'll toss the iPod into the water tight Pelican case.

You could always go with a marine head unit and toss the ipod in the glove box...unless you plan on passing water that comes up to the steering wheel.

I'm trying to figure out sub placement as well, I think its best to go with shallow mount subs. I have a box with two 12's that I will sometimes swap my back seat for and they hit extremely hard. But I would like to keep my back seat in and still have subs, I was thinking two shallow 10's. Maybe one underneath the drivers seat and one under pass. seat. I have also seen people put them in the bottom of their back seat but it takes some fabrication.

Thanks.

Its a thick/heavy industrial type of floor mat that I found at Home Depot a couple years ago.
Pretty much a perfect fit for the cargo area from the start.
I only had to trim one side of it down about an inch.
For a less picky person, no trimming would be needed.

Jeepr is the sub shallow or regular and did you use a box? Just trying to picture it because I would like to do the same set up.
