Pieces missing when I bought my Jeep

Can anyone tell me what the name is for the two pieces that seem to screw in and hold the soft top down in the back. I'm getting a lot of water when it rains, I'm not quite sure if there is also something that needs t be done to the bottom of the rear eindow. Here is a pic of the spot where on of the two things must screw in.

#24 in the picture. If your rear window doesn't have the tailgate bar just buy the kit listed as #25.

I do have the bar so I'm alset on the kit, I think I will go with the best top set as that is much cheaper for the set rather that the Morris 4x4 prices, but thanks anyway!

I just ordered the brackets lessl than $20.00 shipped. I'm wondering do those have to come off for the hard top to go on.

Then I don't know of why the PO took them off or where they went. I called him about it and he said he thought he gave them to me and he claims he took them off because of the hardtop. He must not of known what he was talking about.
