piecing together a lift

Im looking for a lift for my LJ i am going to get bilstein 5100 shocks and currie lower control arms. I cant decide between a rcd 3 inch kit or savvy 3 inch springs. The rcd kit comes with the shocks i want and the bump stops track bar bracket ect. Is it worth the extra effort to get savvy kit and scavenge the remaining needed parts. What size bump stops would 3 inch springs require.
