Pilot Bearing/Bushing Question

I'm putting a motor that was in front of an automatic into my manual jeep ('00 TJ 4.0). I sent the core back and forgot about the pilot bearing. Since I decided to put a new clutch in while it's apart, I'll get a new one. Is there any other difference in crankshafts paired with automatics vs. ones paired with manuals?

Im going to say no because when I did my manual to auto swap, all I had to do was remove the pilot bearing. Everything else bolted right up.
