plasti-dipping door handles

Has anyone done this? Just wondering how it would hold up to constant use

I hit my door handles with Rustoleum textured 6 months or so back. Looks the same as when i did it. It gives a powder coat texture similar to stock bumpers.

x2 on painting them. Plasti-dipping will not hold up to constant contact and once peeled, you will have to redo the whole process.

A friend of mine plasti-dipped his door handles, took him 4 attempts and after about 2 months he already has to re-do the driver and passenger side handles. I would look into something other than plasti-dip for something being used so often.

Thanks guys, sounds like I'll be staying away from plasti-dip for the door handles
