Plastic Hood Latches

I received new OEM style hood latches to replace my nearly 14 year old ones. These are just the latches, no hardware, no nuts, no rubber grommets as apparently no OEM style hood latch kit comes with that.

Now my issue is that the nuts on the hood are pretty rusted and come off just fine with some elbow grease and the nut under the fender is seized. I'll have to get some PB Blaster and soak it.

I would like to replace these nuts and rubber grommets. Does anyone know where I can obtain these other parts to do a "complete" replacement of my hood latches?

You can get the grommets from most vendors. I got mine from quadratec. Just search for fender grommet. They are like 3 dollars each.

The nut under the fender is seized. I blasted it with Liquid Wrench and let it sit overnight. Still seized. Any other ideas how to get the nut off?

For one of my hinges I had to cut it off. Just used a grinder with a cutting wheel.
