I just wanted to share what I am currently going through with Barnett Performance in hopes that you won't have to go through it as well.
Short version:
I purchased a cover from them on Dec 17th and they couldn't deliver it to me. I have now asked for a refund 5 times and still haven't received anything back. The issue will have to be taken up with paypal and I won't receive my money back for potentially 30 more days. It could be a total of 67 days between my order date and when I finally get my refund. Please be careful when ordering directly from them.
Long version:
Based on suggestions here, I decided to go with a Barnett cover for the best clearance. I live in Canada but was going to be going to Washington during christmas so I ordered a cover from their website on December 17th hoping to pick it up from the postal office in Washington. Two days after I had ordered I still hadn't received an e-mail that the item was shipped so I inquired via email and was told that they were behind in their orders by 1-2 weeks (see e-mail below). This was an issue as I would not be returning to washington so Chris said he would look into shipping to Canada. I never got anything back from him regarding shipping to my home in Canada so I requested a refund on January 7th and then again on January 11th. Since I still hadn't heard anything back I opened a file with paypal and sent a message on January 18th. I still didn't hear anything back so I called on January 19th and Mike at Barnett said he would process my refund and to expect it in 24-48 hours. 3 business days have passed and no refund still. I called this morning and he said he can't login to paypal so he can't issue me a refund. Now I will have to escalate it with paypal and it can take 30 days to get my money back. Please be careful when purchasing from Barnett.
