Long story, don't want to tell it all-
I dropped my front axle recently to fix a few things and I planned on lifting it while it was dropped. So I had these springs from a guy who sold me the jeep (those only turned out to be an inch taller) NOT ENOUGH.

So when I first checked I immediately said a budget boost would be fine but then thought about what I told myself about doing it right the first time for performance and not just looks. So now I'm looking at lifts that I will buy tomorrow at 4wheelparts.

A) you will need new shocks. Your current ones simply will not have enough travel
B) currie short arm is a great way to go. I'm installing one for a friend right now. Super high quality that you know have been tested time and time again!

I know I razzed ya a bit in another thread :) on making sure you buy a comprehensive kit that includes components for stability and not just looks, but it seems like you have the right approach by wanting to ensure you buy the right kit. It may cost more in the beginning, but will save you countless days/weeks/months of aggravation, instability and money in the long run.
