Plowing with a 2001 Jeep, should I install a lift kit?

I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler that I plow with. I am going to be replacing the springs and shocks in the next couple of days and got to thinking that if might be better to just purchase a lift kit.

Does anyone have a Jeep with a lift kit that they still use to plow? I would assume that a 2" or 3" lift kit would be the most you would want to due based on the plow mount recommended height.

Does anyone have the 2" Suspension System by 4 Wheel Drive Hardware? If so, give me some of your feedback.

My main area of concern would be the lag in the front end under load of the plow after installing taller springs. I do have tiberens on the front, so I don't want the front end slamming down when I lift the plow.

Again, any input would help.

Thanks

Chuck B.

I have an 00 that used to run a plow and it has no lift, just some bigger tires

I ordered a 2.5" suspension lift. I went with the lift because I had to replace all the springs and shocks anyways.
