PN for energy suspension TRE boots? Crown HD steering kit

After an oil change this past weekend, I found that my TREs need some attention. I was in the process of lubing everything when I noticed that the boots were now shot, as the grease was coming right back out.

These are the original TREs, and im planning on just upgrading everything with the Crown HD Steering Kit to save some cash, and upgrade the equipment. I have been reading however, that the boots on the Crown system, like to go out prematurely, and have seen several times that people are advising to install aftermarket poly boots from Energy Suspension. Problem is, I dont have the dimension to get these ordered. Would like to order everything at once, then do the swap out of the boots prior to installation to save time in the end.

Anyone out there running Crown with the ES boots? I can get them from AutoZone, but have no clue what PN I would need.

Thanks.
