Pollen :(

Bad pollen, I mean pollen so thick it turns the road Yellow. It been warm here, so the doors and frames were on the back porch and yea the top was down, Yesterday it was so thick in the Jeep I actually got pulled over because the cop said he "thought"he saw smoke coming from the back seat. yea that bad here. so what do I do, I remove the top and the bows, both front seats, and the rear seat, make sure all my electrical is sealed with the bee's wax I use to water proof stuff pull up the carpet and yank the drain plugs, and let the stuff drain out of the bottom after last nights storm

I don;t have allergies, but I'm really starting to hate that yellow stuff.

I had the same problem here in Maryland.
But, I decided to put the top on before the storm, so the outside is clean as a whistle, but inside it's still yellow.

Ditto here in NC...

Made the mistake of riding topless when the pollen started swirling....

I now own a Wrangler with yellow interior instead of gray....

lol

Won't be doing THAT again!

I have plenty of pollen settling in my Jeep but what kills me is the allergies.

I took the top off just in time to fill the interior with the pollen, then put the soft top on before the rain to keep it from becoming a real mess. Time to take out the big vacuum.

I feel for you. I park under a 40 yr old oak tree in my front yard. My white Jeep looks bumblebee yellow.

All I know is I'm glad I live close enough to NC to get the major rain out of that storm I put the drain plugs back in today, after wiping everything down one more time, they say here the pollen season will be another two weeks, hopefully it will stay cool enough that I need to keep the top up, cause I'd hate to have to flood the Jeep again LOL

This is crazy... post some pics because I can't even imagine it.

You should visit AZ, only thing we have to worry about is the dust build up.

Pollen unreal. The navy says fog like pea soup. The pollen in the air here with the wind is thick like pee soup! My son loves it in Tempe. Can take his Tacoma to the spray wash and the dust comes right off. Here it doesn't work that way you need elbow grease.

Just took an air hose to mine this morning, going to zip the top up for now. It's just a mess.
Usually is this time of year, luckily as long as it's dry, it's easy to get rid of with air and a vacuum cleaner.
