Hey guys I plan to get the 3.5 re base kit and a 1.25 body lift. I dont see why this wouldnt clear 35's I dont rock crawl or anything so not a lot of flex in the first place. Just mud for me. My only question is will the 1250's fit on stock wheels. I heard you can only fit 1050s but just want to make sure.
You should clear the 35's maybe with a little rubbing. I would not suggest stock wheels, I would say upgrade to a 15X8. Now I'm not totally sure of the back spacing. But some one should be able to help you.
if you have a "sport" edition wrangler, chances are you have the aluminum 15x8 wheels. Which is a good thing.
Post a pic of your rim and maybe someone can tell.
Ill try to get pix ya its the aluminum ones they kind of look like the ravine wheels. but with lines in them. I heard the backspacing is like 5 or something crazy but if it will only rub a lil then screw it lol. I figure a 1.25 body lift will help with that. since a 4 claims to clear 35's
The lack of backspacing is what is causing the rubbing the body lift wont help with that. Once we see pictures of the wheels we can tell if it will take that wheel. It is almost better just to get some rockcrawler rims. They cost about 50 dollars a piece. If you by the wheel and tire from the same place and they mount and balance them you'll actually save more money then having a store do it for you.
