Yes, the Durango box is a good replacement but it's tough to know exactly what your getting out of another car. I got my replacement from autozone for about 100$, and it's a pretty easy job, just make sure you don't turn the steering wheel while the column is disconnected or you'll ruin the clockspring. The biggest PITA is the pitman arm bolt. Start soaking it in a pb blaster like solution days before the job. I did that and even with a 6 ft pipe I still couldn't yank it off. Ended up having to take it to a friend to use his torch, and sometimes the actual pitman arm can be a pain but just buy a puller and it should pop off after a little elbow grease. Everything after that is a breeze

98-99 durangos swap, should be able to find re-man for 200-250, alot less than a dealer or quadratecs TJ replacement

The bolt patterns changed on 03 and newer TJ's due to going to a Mercedes box. 02 and older have the saginaw boxes. A durango box is not a direct bolt on replacement. It can be done just more to it than direct replacement.
