Preformance

What's a good cheap and easy way to upgrade the performance of my 2000 sport?

Lockers and good M/T tires improve offroad performance and capabilities.

performance how? horsepower/torque? suspension? brakes? steering?

and what do you consider cheap, easy and good?

speed parts wise, the best bang for your money involves regearing the axles. if you still need more, add a supercharger/turbo, stroker or a V8.

Are you lacking power due to running larger than stock tires with stock gearing?

Your profile is not filled out, so who knows.

If so, a re-gear is your answer as previously suggested by UnlimitedLJ04.

Easy, cheap, bolt on performance upgrades do not exist for the modern 4.0 as also mentioned above.

How bout a cold air intake? Uhmmmm. NO. Waste of money also.
