Looks good from here! Great mileage, but for a 10 year old car, 7.6k miles a year would slightly worry me. Granted, mine wasn't driven for the past three years before I bought it and I have no problems Also $11k is slightly high, but if you get it at $10k then I'd call it a great deal.
As far as the hard doors, if craigslist yields no results, check www.car-parts.com for some junkyard doors. Go there and act like they're shit, you don't REALLY need 'em, and hopefully they don't know how valuable the doors are. I'm not going to lie, I love my hard doors, glad mine came with 'em, and happy I'm sitting on a gold mine if I wanna sell 'em. Plus, they're perfect for my dog.

You can box up your 1/2 hard doors and uppers and send em to me, I'll be sure to recycle them correctly
My '02 has 32k original miles on it, and runs like a top. My '07 FJR on the other hand has many more miles since it's my primary transportation. Low milage doesn't nessessarily mean it's a bad rig, just probably not the main transportation for the last owner.
I like the 03 also, nothing wrong with blue. There are about 6 sets of full wrangler doors about to end on eBay in 5 hours. Not many bids on them, will probably go for about $550-600 plus shipping. Just to give you an idea of what they are going for .
Blue kicks ass....I have have had black which I liked and silver now which is OK. I would love blue. Plus, I had a hard and soft top mon my previous Jeep whereas I only have a soft top on my current. I thought I would hate winter in it, but it was fine. It is really not worth the extra money unless you are living in Siberia IMO.
I'll be the first to say HA take the blue one lol. Seriously, if you dont we will only hate you a little
But its still stock, has nice steelies on it. Bright color which I like and its ready to be modified to your liking. Stock is the way to go unless you know the person who modded it before you.
Soft tops are fine, unless you are sensitive to hot and cold you'll be fine, and same with hard doors and soft. I have hard bottoms soft tops on my doors (Sliders) and I love em. It can get loud on the highway but thats what you ask for when you want to buy the legend that is JEEP.
