Quadratop Opinions?

I'm looking to replace my 13 year old soft top. I really want to get a bestop sailcloth top, but I can't afford that for $700. I've been looking at tops in the > $400 price range, especially the Quadratec Quadratop. I tried to find reviews on the forum, but the ones that I found weren't too detailed. Is anybody running this top? What are your opinions on it? My vehicle is a park outside daily driver too, if that helps in your advice. Thanks!

I just got mine off of 4wd hardware. I bought the smittybilt full replacement top tinted that comes with half front windows. Cost me $270. Shipping is free and you get a $30 rebate.
I got the top a few days later. Looks amazing. Great quality. Only issue I had is that one of the zipper parts broke when I tried to get it on (forcefully). I called smittybilt and they over nighted me a whole new window :) super nice and I'd highly recommend this top. Can't beat the price and you'll save the other $300 for another part :)

I too had the smittybilt replacement top, and have had it for 2 years to long now. The front passenger window leaks in a heavy storm, the back window zipper did the same thing yours did, and on top of that the other zipper went just shortly after. Today I purchased a best top replacement, and will be more than happy to update the outcome of the top !

I replaced the top on my 98 Sahara with a Quadratop about 3 weeks ago. So far I'm pretty happy with the results. I had no experience replacing tops (first Jeep) and the upgrade went smoothly in my estimation. It hasn't rained yet so I can't comment on leaks but it sure seems a ton quieter than the older top.

If I were you I'd save up there extra few hundred dollars. You'll be happy you did.
I personally hate my quadratop and it's only a bikini top. It doesn't fit properly and will not stay in the channel no matter what I do. I can only imagine how bad a full soft top would be.

Have had my quadratop for about 9 months. It's a great top but as other reviews state the side windows seem a tad to long. They fit into the edge of the tub tight but once clipped in they seem a little loose and going down the road they suck in touching the curved bar on the frame. If I had to do it again I'd buy it. It's a nice top for the money.

I do not know about the bikini top BUT the full Quadratop is a great product. I have had it on in florida for over a year. Fits like a glove and is quiet. Vey easy to clean and will free Up some $$ to buy something else. This is a great value and I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
