I was running them at 12psi on my 15x8 wheels. The last time I tried 10psi and blew a bead about half way through the day. Maybe I'll try 11 next time.

I'm very happy with my BFG KM2's, I wheel with guys with MTR's that love them until we hit the snow, then I'm yanking them out!

I've sliced a duratrac sidewall at 12 and blew a bead at 10. That can happen to any tire though. I popped a bead momentarily on my MTRs as well at 8.

I air mine down to 15psi offroad, also sliced the sidewall at the same psi, as I described before.

It may just show the lack of "serious wheeling" available in this area, but I run 26-28psi all the time...and have never gotten stuck with my Duratracs being the issue. (did get high centered when I crested a hill onto an earth mover tire) really need the TT

The knock on the Duratracs is the 2 ply sidewalls. If you do a lot of rocks, that may be a concern.

I know? That was from last fall, I don't plan on doing this again any time soon... fingers crossed... Anyways, even though yours is smaller, same end effect right? I guess you could probably patch yours and run with a tube, maybe...

I stupidly replaced it with another Duratrac. What I should have done is replace it with a junk yard or craigslist spare since my next set will be a different size and model tire.

I had those MTRs I picked up for 75 so I was set. I will be choosing something else in 35s next too. Can't decide. Thinking KM2.
