question about installing a tire carrier

Hello everybody.

Any input you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
I recently purchased a rear bumper and tire carrier for my 2004 TJ wrangler. I would like to know how to hanlde the 3rd brake light.
Specifically if I remove it, what do I do witht the circuit wires.
I would have an open circuit at that location. I am installing it myself. my tire size is 33 inches the bumper is a rugged ridge brand
P/N 11503.21
thank you very much for the help
JR

JRP, Get some electrical twist caps and seal them the right way. I've seen too many shorts, and blown fuses the way debruins said (no offence bruins).

Hey bruins hows it goin with that chick you were trying to talk into dating you? lol

OR,

I've seen many people get creative and mount it in the center cap of the spare. Run the wiring up the side of the carrier and into the back of the center cap. Get a round light from anywhere that sells trailer or brake lights and you're just about done.
