Question for those with 3" BDS lift

Does this lift level the Jeep or retain the stock rake? I am thinking about swapping to the BDS coils, only problem is I don't want to go much higher than my 2.5" Rouch Country is already and seeing that I have a soft top, and no back seat or spare, it tends to lift the rear more than advertised.

Any info on this? Thanks - if it's confusing say so, not sure how else to word
