Question re: Bike Rack that fits behind spare?

Would like to install a bike rack on my 2" hitch mount on my '03 Wrangler Sport. However, I've found a major problem. When installed, the rack is too close to my spare tire (tire size is 30X9:50R15). Has anyone encounterd this problem, and if so, is there a fix? We have purchased 2 electric bikes, each weighs 55lbs. without the battery. Will probably have to buy at least a 3 bike rack because of the weight issue. My big concern is how to mount the rack and still have room between it and the spare tire, so that nothing rubs. Any and all advice willbe appreciated. Thanks....

You just need an extension for the receiver.

Will push it out a foot to allow everything the clear the spare tire.
12" Hitch Extender

Try a hitch extender. It will fit into your 2" receiver on your jeep and then the rack will fit into the extender just like it does in to the hitch intself. You just need to measure how much farther out the rack needs to be. These extenders come in many different lengths. Try Etrailer etrailer.com - extender or your local rv dealer.Hope this helped.
