Questions Regarding a 2" lift on a Budget

Hi guys, so I have 2001 TJ sitting on the original stock suspension. Needless to say its a little worse for wear. I am not the original owner so please no ball busting on how I went 11 yrs without lifting my jeep. I want to lift it 2" to fit 31 x 10.50 tires. I have been looking at the Skyjacker Budget Booster set up. My question is this: I have come across a set of Rubicon shocks, can I put these shocks on with a 2" poly spacer and a sway bar disconnect and still have a decent set up? Or should I just save up longer and replace coils and shocks?

-Thanks guys

If you're not gonna do a whole lot of off roadin, just get on flea bay and order some 2 inch spacers with the 2 inch bumpstop extensions and throw it on and have fun with it!
