quick head bolt question

So I had to replace the head gasket an the freeze plug but when I took it apart I forgot which head bolts go where. I noticed 2 of them have "nubs" on the ends. Here's a pic I just need to know where they go. I know they go under the valve cover cause there soaked in oil but im not sure in what order. Thanx

I believe those two bolts both go in the second hole from each end on the valve cover side, but you can tell from your valve cover gasket, it slips over those. Hopefully that made sense.

Ill have to check it tomorrow but I see what you mean. Thanks any idea what the torque specs are?

might use anti seize too IMO

By a set of new head bolts. They should be replaced when doing a head gasket job.

You can reuse the bolts one time. Make sure to put a dot of paint on the bolts to show they've been reused.

Here's the torque specs:

Don't forget to use a little sealant on the left front bolt. (bolt 11 in the pix^^^) oil on the rest.
