Most every auto parts store has factory replacement with lifetime warranty the problem is that they are imports I know cause I have one but it works for now. You can search the internet and find an all copper radiator or like you said a $500 all aluminum one. Like I said the one I got from napa works for now and wasn't that much money.

Lifetime warranty used to mean a it was made to last a lifetime.

Now it means you get a free replacement when it fails, and you get to do the work.

And that is only if you save the purchase documents.

I bought a factory replacement with the lifetime warranty for $169. I figured if the original radiator lasted 140k that the replacement should last until I'm ready to sell the jeep in a couple years.
