Radio Antenna lead

I am looking for the radio antenna lead from the radio to the connection behind the glove box. I am trying to install a XM radio in my TJ and the XM antenna adaptor does not fit and I dont want to make it fit and then not work.

You didn't see the cable when you removed the glove box? You could trace the wire from the antenna to the dash. I have XM in my 98 TJ but it's all first generation equipment. My antenna is mounted on the hood. It all works fine so I see no point in changing it. I hope you are able to get it to work.

My problem is when I plug the adaptor into the radio it fits loosly and when I try to plug the adaptor into the leads where they connect behind the dash the male is too big to fit into the female end of the wire going to the radio and I don't want to cut it and find out it still does not work so I am looking for a take out to cut.
