Raised winch plate or flat?

Which is stronger? Which is better? Putting a warn m8000 on & I'm wondering which is the better choice. Thanks for any help!

if you have a Anti-Rock or other aftermarket anti-sway bar in front, then you can use a flat winch plate...like one that is integrated into the bumper.

if you have the stock anti-sway bar you're stuck with using a raised winch plate.

Its the stock sway bar so ill be ordering the raised one then. Thanks for the help. Saved me from getting the wrong one.
