I ran 7" flares for 33x12.50 tires for almost a year and they were just too wide and made the Jeep look funny. I'd go for 6".

Were you running stock wheels or aftermarket wheels?

I have them and just lucky about same color jeep. I like them they do keep mud off the door window slightly. 10" wheels with 35 there is a pic in my profile still can't post up pics yet
