Rancho RS9000XL ?

Hello.

I'd like to buy four Rancho RS9000XL shocks for my 5.5" lifted TJ.

RS999061 front - 16.44"-26.67"
RS999062 rear - 16.0"-25.2"

They say these shocks are for 5"-6" of lift.
Is that right?

I heard that there is a remote control for these shocks that includes a small compressor.
Can I use an existing OBA for that?
What else do I need to remote the shocks? IMO I need a switch or something like that.

Is there a good way to mount the air hose to the shocks? I don't want to damage the hose the first time off the road.

In which position do I have the best on road ride? Which one is the best for slow crawling off the road?

Thanks for your help!
Nicolas-Eric

Check out my4by.com. They have the best prices around. Rancho usually does a rebate program every 6 months or so and it usually around $100 off of four shocks. They even sometimes throw the adjuster in for free.

Hey thanks.
They sometimes have an offer with a free shock remote?
Or do I need a special adjuster für the shocks?

All Rancho 9000s have a manual adjustment on the bottom of the shock. You can purchase the wireless remote to adjust them all. The last Rancho rebate though had the remote for the shocks for free. I believe that was back in the spring.
