Rattle in the dash!

I need some help! I have a 97 Sahara, with Infinity speakers in the dash. I am getting a rattle coming from behind the glove box. I thought I was the speaker adapter, but have eliminated that. Any ideas? It sounds like metal on metal. Thanks for the help you guys are always great!

Start by removing the glove box. Then drive around the block. If the noise is still there dig around inside. You will prob find it Good luck

It could be something like wires that are tapping with the vibration against metal too.
Look for anything unsecured back there and tie it down.
06 Rubi with some sort of double ended, chrome knobbed, cross threaded, infinitely adjustable, frequently breakable, worn out flammywhammers zip tied onto it.
It used to be a jeep thing... til that sh!t broke!

I had this problem on my TJ and found it was the heat duct behind the glove box. I placed a small piece of rag in there to snug it up. that drove me crazy for weeks.

I have a rattle that I can hear emanating from my air vents that sounds like a piece of metal rolling around in the plastic ducting. I even fished a magnet down my air vents to find whatever it is and I have had no luck.
