RC stabilizer: too hard

I ordered a 2.2 perf shock stabilizer from RC when i ordered my 3.25" lift. They sent me there Hydro instead, so i called and they sent me the 2.2 perf shock, told me to keep the other one, and threw in a Rough Country Suspension Systems full window sticker. SCORE!

well the 2.2 perf shock is way way way too stiff, makes the ride crappy! i had a hard time just pulling the piston out of the shock body, i had to hook one end on to my tow hook and pull on the body to get it extended, the jeeps responce and handling went to crap vs. using the stock stabilizer.

So i have the hydro still, that i never put on, it is a lot smoother and 10x easier to pull out and push in, i may throw that on instead...

maybe the 2.2 stabilizer is designed for 40's

2.2 stabilizer is garbage...I was all over the highway today, back and forth back and forth. couldnt drive a stright line, i would have to constantly jerk one way then the other. I'm going to put in the hydro, which seems a lot smoother should make for a 100% better ride.

You talking about the 2.2 shocks or the stabilizer? The 2.2 shocks suppose to be a lot better. I have the shocks that came with the lift and there are fine, a bit stiff but I can manage for now. I would like to see your results since I might be changing to the 2.2 down the road.

stabilizer, i have the 2.2's all the way around, but it's the 2.2 stabilizer that is worthless.
