On a budget, you'll find that most here recommend a 2" coil spacer lift (budget boost or BB) along with a 1"-1.25" body lift. Also recommended is a 1" motor mount lift. Stock shock are fine if you don't off road, but you'll need longers if you do. I'd put the 2" on first, then the body lift when you get the tires to match.
