rear axle seal

ok so the shop said i have a bad axle seal on the rear brakes he also said its not the type of axle where you have to remove the c clip in the diff to pull it out. not to sure what they mean just trying to get an idea of what im about to tackle. for the info its a 2000 tj 2.5l 5sp with the stock d35 rear end. any help and pics and walk throughs would be awsome and also would i need to blead my brakes after replacing the seals and i am going to do them on both sides

well he's wrong. A Dana 44 has no C clips.Your Dana 35 does.
No you will not need to bleed the brakes.

You will need to remove the diff cover then remove the C clip on the side that is leaking. You need to remove all the brake parts to pull the shaft out.
