rear brake job cost??

I haven't paid to have brakes done on a vehicle of mine in years, as well most have been disc/rotors.
My 00 TJ needs the rear wheel cylinders and I'm sure drum/shoes need to go as well.
1: What is a reasonable cost for a shop to: install both rear wheel cylinders, replace both drums, shoes and hardware then bleed system?
my qutoe was $190 labor only.
Found all the parts online for $70.
I just don't have the time to do it, don't have all the tools, especially if I run into any issues. I just hate paying someone else.

Go spend the $190 you would on labor on tools instead. Go to a buddy's house and DIY. Easy as that.
