no sir. Now you have the perfect reason to explain to the wife why you must have a new bumper with swing out tire carrier. Its for the "safety reason".

its quite amazing what you can pass off for bs. I told the wife I needed rock sliders with steps so the kids would be able to get in the Jeep easier. Then I said I needed to order rear corner guards to pass inspection because I didnt have reverse lights and no way to cover the 4" round holes to bolt the stock tails on. You know how these NY inspections are.

mention to the wife that that crossmember is very weak(which it is) and a new rear bumper will add much needed structural integrity to keep you and her safe while flying down the highway.....tell her i could possibly come apart without one

jeep is mine. money is ''ours''

i pick and choose my battles wisely. anything over 100 bucks gets ran by the wife. shes never said no before...

but because i do that, i can trust that she will run anything over 100 bucks by me.

anything i can do to keep things smooth between us insures i still get titties, ass, etc.. at will.

IMO that isnīt perfect for a daily driver. You have to swing away the spare tire before you open the tailgate. I really liek the Bestop tire carrier that opens toether with the tailgate.

Hell yes....PSC Rocker Knockers are side steps to let the little (5'-2") lady get into the Jeep.
