I have the ARB bumper/tire carrier and I love it. Its expensive and a bit heavy but it does everything I want it to do and more. Has the high lift jack mounting bracket and a place to mount the 3rd brakelight in case you want to keep that. It also is a true Class 3 receiver and is rated for towing. 4x4groupbuy.com has them cheaper than everyone else.
