Rear bumper suggestions

Hello all. I am looking for a rear bumper with a rated receiver built into it. I also would like duel fuel can storage on the swing out tire carrier. but I don't have to buy them both at the same time. what are some options you guys and gals would recommend? I tried a google search and I just ran around like a dog chasing his tail and never really got anywhere. I would like to stay at the $350 range but if it was super sweet all that I wanted and more bumper I could probably come up some.

thanks for your time.
