Rear Bumper w/ hitch ideas???

I am looking for a rear bumper w/ a 2" receiver. I know there are many opinions on tow rated or not. I still haven't made up my mind if I am OK w/ one that isn't tow rated. I want to make sure I get one that I can add the swing arm for a spare tire carrier later. I don't have the budget for it now but will add it down the road for sure. I need to be able to haul a small utility trailer w/ 2 dirt bikes from time to time.

I like the price of this Olympic and the fact that it is tow rated but not sure if you can add the tire carrier later.
Olympic 4x4 Products 553-124 - Olympic 4X4 Products 57" Rock Rear Bumper with Receiver Hitch for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited - Quadratec

I really like the warn but the down side is it's not tow rated.
Warn 65508 - WARN Rock Crawler Rear Bumper for 97-06 Jeep® Wrangler TJ & Unlimited (Will accept tire carrier) - Quadratec

I know you get what you pay for and am willing to spend a little extra to get high quality. Any ideas or other options would be great.

I think it was mentioned on here, that towing by the bumper (without utilizing a bumper with frame tie-ins...apparently the rear bumper doesn't actually bolt to the frame???) is a bad idea altogether. It's extremely stressful on the bumper and can actually rip them off.

Sorry, kinda vague...I don't remember the discussion entirely.

Regardless, best advice is...if you have a trailer that has any real weight to it, you should just fork up the money for a proper hitch.

I have this 1996-2006 Jeep TJ/LJ Xpedition Series Bumper/Tire Carrier*::*Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier*::*1996-2006 Jeep TJ/LJ Products*::*Jeep*::*LoD Offroad and love it! It does come as a package, but I'm sure if you call them, they can just send you the bumper part of it. This is the most heavy duty out of their products. You can get the frame tie in for just a little more too. They don't say it, but they can tow just as much as the jeep can handle.

I have never seen that LoD rear setup before.

And I'm in love with it. How is the quality? Powder coating? ect ect?

Any negatives?
