Rear Bumper w/Integrated Hitch

Ok, did my search and still have questions...
Have a stock 02 TJ, will be doing a 2" BB in near future. Want an integrated rear hitch. Plan on towing couple of dirt bikes. Found the Smittybuilt rock crawler looking thing, but says some minor drilling is req for installation(would rather not to have to drill around the gas tank). It is tow rated though. Also heard quite a few gripes about Smittybuilt. Anyway, any other suggestions on a moderately $$$ rear bumper. There are so freakin many of them it makes your head spin, plus not all of them indicate if they are/aren't rated???? Help please?$&)(...

I got this installed on my TJ and I love it. It is very sturdy and also very heavy. I think the manufactures did not rate their bumpers for towing due to liability issues but I could be wrong.

Just about any heavier bumper is going to require drilling. As most use the inside of the rear brace also. If you pull you stock bumper off you'll see the brace, it runs from side to side. That is all the bumper bolts to and the bottom of the frame. You might get away with ordering some frame tie-ins which is a heavy brace for the sides that ties it in to the frame also... The would do alot on it's own, I would rather have the inside bolts also tho.
