rear fender flare bolts!!

i have a 2003 tj iv been trying to take off the rear fender flares to beeline them but the bolts won't come out they just keep spinning and i pull on the fender to give it a little pressure to come out but nothing happens they just keep spinning anyone have any ideas I'm killing myself out there i spent 30 mins on one bolt in the 110 heat and got nowhere

There are plastic fasteners on the inside. Remove.the fenderwell liners to get to them or squeeze your fingers in there and grab hold on the inside. The front is easily accessable.

Only one set of nutserts are not accessible from the back side. I think they are the ones at the very front/bottom. For the others you should be able to sneak a set of vise grips in to hold the nutsert and keep it from spinning.

And can someone explain why when I post a video link it comes up double?
